Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Palintonotes, provided by the operator named in our legal notice (“we”). By subscribing you agree to them.

1. The service

Palintonotes turns the messages you send to a Palintonotes bot from your paired chats into notes you can organise, search and review. Access requires an account and an active paid subscription. The features of each plan are those described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

2. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it.

3. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise it, tell us of your decision with a clear statement, for example an email to [contact email]. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used. If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until you told us you were withdrawing.

4. Your content

Your notes remain yours. You give us only the rights needed to store, process and display them to you in order to provide Palintonotes. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to anyone. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Palintonotes to break the law, to store content you have no right to, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where possible.

6. Availability

We work to keep Palintonotes available at all times, but maintenance and events outside our control can interrupt it. Chat apps such as Telegram are run by third parties; we can't guarantee their availability.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, and as mandatory consumer law provides. Otherwise [limitation of liability, to be reviewed by a lawyer for your jurisdiction].

8. Changes to these terms

We will tell you about material changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

9. Applicable law
